After thorough evaluation, K&S recommended implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud ERP. The platform\u2019s modular capabilities, combined with the expert guidance of K&S consultants and their strong multilingual communication skills, ensured smooth deployment across regions.
To further localize the system and meet country-specific compliance, K&S coordinated with local Microsoft partners to integrate compatible applications\u2014such as withholding tax declarations in the Philippines and e-invoicing in Malaysia. In addition, K&S provided end-to-end support, including data migration from legacy systems, employee training, and dual-track system testing, to fully unlock the value of the new ERP system.
With the guidance of the K&S team, Excelsior Medical successfully completed the ERP upgrade and deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its overseas entities over a period of approximately 18 months.
